1. Order Processing We strive to fulfill and ship all domestic orders within 1–2 business days from the time they are placed. Orders made during holidays, promotions, or other high-volume periods may take 3–5 business days to process. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS Ground): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (2-Day): 2 business days

Express/Overnight (if available): Next business day

3. Free Shipping Eligibility We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.00 Orders under $75.00 ship at a flat rate of $11.70 within the continental United States.

4. Packaging We use eco-conscious, protective packaging to ensure your fitness apparel arrives in excellent condition. Lightweight orders are sent in branded poly mailers. Premium or larger orders may be packed in durable boxes with tissue wrapping for an elevated unboxing experience.

5. Shipment Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You may use this link to monitor the progress of your delivery directly with the carrier.

6. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska. Please note that delivery to these regions may require up to 14 business days. International shipping is not currently available.

7. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. We utilize multi-carrier solutions to secure competitive rates.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at sale@cherry-active.com within 14 days of your delivery date. Include photos if applicable. Customers may opt into a low-cost shipping protection option at checkout to safeguard against such risks.

9. Peak Season Delays During Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holiday periods, both processing and delivery times may be extended. We will notify you of any delays during checkout or via email.
