1. Return Window — 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

Item must be in original condition

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

Tags must be attached

Returned in the original packaging

Must include your receipt or proof of purchase

A prepaid shipping label and return instructions will be sent.
*Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is:

Defective

Damaged

Incorrect (wrong product, size, or color)

Notify us within 10 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Underwear or intimate activewear (e.g., sports bras, compression shorts)

Items that are worn, washed, or used

Items missing original tags or packaging

Items marked final sale

Gift cards

Please contact us before initiating a return if you’re unsure about item eligibility.


5. Exceptions

We may make exceptions in the following cases:

Items defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped

Items that are sealed and unopened (e.g., individually packaged intimates)

A one-time size exchange (if unworn and returned within 10 days; return shipping paid by customer)

Contact us at sale@cherry-active.com before sending any item that may qualify under an exception.


6. Exchanges

To make an exchange:

Start a return request

Once approved, place a new order for the item you need

This ensures item availability and faster turnaround.


7. EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union (EU), you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

To qualify:

Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached

Returned in original packaging

Must include proof of purchase

This does not apply to personalized or final sale items.


8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get a confirmation email.

If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

May take up to 10 business days to process

Refund timing may vary by bank or credit card provider
